Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

I know, mayonnaise in cake sounds yucky - but it's SO good!

2 c. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
4 T. Cocoa rounded
1 c. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 c. Cold Water
1 c. Mayonnaise
2 tsp. Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all ingredients together well
Pour into a 9 or 10 inch square pan
Bake 30 to 35 minutes

Best when topped with Cream Cheese frosting
